As a Part-Time Screener, you can build a flexible schedule (Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with pay rate $19.17 per hour.

As a Screener in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by screening visitors and/or personnel, verifying access credentials, monitoring entry points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.17 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access screening protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen personnel and permitted items entering the technology-focused location using assigned equipment and established procedures, escalating concerns in accordance with site policies.
• Verify identification, access credentials, and visitor authorization while maintaining accurate screening-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding business perimeter, reporting unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
