Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer at a premier luxury retail front desk in McLean, VA. You will welcome visitors, perform access control, badge procedures, and maintain accurate records using computers or tablets, contributing to a safe and polished guest experience.

This role offers flexible DayTime, Saturday and Sunday shifts, a pay rate of $25.75 per hour, and opportunities to grow with our front-line security team while upholding professional standards and customer

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a luxury retail front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Welcome and screen visitors, verify appointments and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting irregular activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and supports a polished retail environment.
