You will provide customer service to employees and visitors, manage access, verify credentials, and support daily security operations with professionalism.

The role offers a weekend schedule (Sat 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sun 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM), requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check per law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and shipments per site requirements.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production areas, and perimeter; adapt to varying environments.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and shipments in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
