Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, patients, vendors, and staff at a healthcare location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate access records.
• Monitor access to the facility, direct visitors to appropriate areas, and communicate entry requirements in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front-desk communications, receive incoming calls, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
