Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors at a healthcare front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, access concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with directing visitors, communicating location information, and supporting a professional, welcoming environment in accordance with Allied Universal and client expectations.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
