Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a healthcare facility front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting visitors, patients, and staff, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials as required, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures.
• Support a welcoming and orderly entrance environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Communicate professionally with healthcare staff, patients, visitors, and emergency responders while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sun: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
