Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Background history considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per local regulations.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front-desk customer service by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor credentials, and communicating entry procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide site information, and coordinate with personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and service requests.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems, report unusual activity or maintenance concerns, and follow escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, contacting emergency personnel and notifying site leadership as directed.

Pay Rate: $19.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general site information, and coordinate with appropriate personnel regarding visitor arrivals, deliveries, and service requests.
• Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems, report unusual activity or maintenance concerns, and follow established escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate emergency personnel and notifying site leadership as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
