Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/access records.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, and security systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity and facility issues.
• Respond to incidents and visitor concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed to appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional lobby environment by giving directions and coordinating with building management and emergency responders.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, and security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by providing directions, answering routine inquiries, and coordinating with building management, employees, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
