Allied Universal, Liberty, MO, is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Operations to greet visitors, manage access, and provide exemplary customer service at a tech/telecom location. This full-time night shift role requires 18+ (21+ for armed) and a high school diploma, with background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk of a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Monitor security-related systems, including cameras, alarms, and access-control notifications, and report unusual activity or system concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.

Pay Rate: $19.14 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
