Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed TWIC Security Officer in Savannah, GA. You will patrol facilities, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.

Responsibilities

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sat: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sun: 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical facility.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility grounds, access points, buildings, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and support security-related operations.
• Monitor and report access-control concerns, unauthorized activity, equipment issues, and other security-related observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters through established communication channels as needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence around the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
