Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and report observations through required channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in required reports.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate observations through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations accurately and promptly in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
