Qualifications

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff; follow site-specific procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols and monitor access points to deter incidents.
• Observe activity, report unauthorized entry or policy violations to supervision and site management.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear reports and daily activity logs for site management.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sat 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and report unauthorized entry, property damage, or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and daily activity logs, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
