Qualifications

Pay Rate: $26.86 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, perimeter areas, parking locations, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and contractor entry requirements in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
