Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed) for our Buffalo, NY location. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide excellent service to employees and visitors at an automotive site.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to alarms, and producing clear incident reports. A background check and drug screen apply; CPR/First Aid and licenses are preferred. Join a team that values safety, reliability, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

What You'll Do:
