Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to management.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols, contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain professional communication with management and stakeholders.

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity across the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and potential security‑related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
