As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for travelers, employees, and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.08 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, tenants, and/or staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport facilities, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and support authorized-entry procedures in accordance with site policies and applicable regulations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, dispatch, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and observed conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
