Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

• Mon: 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue: 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and documenting activities as required.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
