Allied Universal in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking a part-time unarmed Security Officer to monitor and protect client sites, provide customer service, and maintain a visible security presence in manufacturing and industrial locations.

This role offers flexible day shifts, training, and opportunities to grow within a team known for reliability and integrity. You will report observations, follow site procedures, and help deter incidents while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
