Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Grove City, PA. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

As part of a dynamic team, you will follow site procedures, document observations, and report incidents promptly. This role offers flexible day-time shifts and opportunities to grow within a leading security and facility services company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
