Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe resident, guest, and vendor activity in accordance with established property procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, unusual activity, and maintenance-related observations in clear, accurate reports.

What You'll Do:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
