As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual conditions, document observations and incidents accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with visitor management, badge/access verification, and other security‑related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
