Allied Universal in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver to protect clients at a financial institution and surrounding facilities. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site policies, directing individuals to appropriate areas and reporting unusual activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and security-related activities during each shift.

As a driving, unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
