Allied Universal in Marston, MO is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver to serve clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Drive patrol routes in accordance with AU Driver Policy requirements, conduct routine inspections, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
