Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing/industrial location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor location access by verifying credentials, directing visitors/contractors, and documenting entries and departures per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift communications to support a professional work environment.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entries and departures in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while supporting a professional and orderly work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
