As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and support guests, visitors, and team members with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.76 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions and potential security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and policy violations in clear, accurate reports while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
