Job summary

Allied Universal, Nashville-based security leader, is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Armed Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts and earn more, at a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

You will perform armed patrols, respond to incidents, and provide customer service at client sites. Minimum requirements include relevant security or law enforcement experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a 6-month anchor shift.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

As a Security Officer Part Time Armed Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon03:30 PM - 02:00 AMFri05:00 AM - 03:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
