You will provide customer service to residents and visitors, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and report observations, contributing to a safe, welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, and property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly residential environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to residents and visitors. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Thur 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Fri 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
