Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Credential Audit in Lebanon, TN. You will manage access control, verify credentials, monitor activity, and deliver customer service at a logistics and distribution site.

The role offers a daytime schedule with a pay rate of $16.33 per hour, and opportunities to participate in the Claim a Shift platform, with emphasis on safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and driver entry, issuing access badges or passes, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Observe inbound and outbound traffic at entry points, loading areas, and restricted locations; report irregular activity, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and loading dock areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
