Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, perimeter, access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management and contractor entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner following site emergency procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs, communicating observations to leadership and site contacts.

• Tue 01:15 AM - 09:15 AM
• Wed 01:15 AM - 09:15 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, perimeter, access points, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and assist with visitor management and contractor entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response activities and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and first aid experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
