Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer for Camden, NJ, to monitor and safeguard clients across sites and ensure a welcoming environment. This role emphasizes patrols, customer service, and incident response within residential or commercial settings.

The position is primarily a driving post with evening hours. Candidates should have related experience, a high school diploma, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
