Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and access concerns, escalating as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entry points and parking areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal and site requirements.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, activity logs, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
