As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns to appropriate store leadership and/or emergency personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and maintain a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
