Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Exterior Patrol in Cincinnati, OH. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to explore new shifts via the Claim a Shift platform.

You will perform exterior patrols, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to shoppers and staff. Minimum requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, background check and drug screen, and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related incidents.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
