Allied Universal in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed) for Emergency Readiness Patrol. You will monitor and safeguard clients, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

The role offers weekend shifts (Sat 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sun 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), opportunities to learn, and growth within a supportive team. A HS diploma, background check, and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Background investigation conducted per federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and regs; driver’s license required for driving positions only.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas throughout a residential property, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, report security-related concerns, respond to situations as needed, and provide professional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, and property concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
