• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, package or shipment-related irregularities, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
