The role offers flexible DayTime shifts with a pay rate of $21.50 per hour. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor access, respond to incidents, and complete reports while collaborating with site leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required according to federal/state/local laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors on a technology campus.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document and notify appropriate contacts.
• Complete reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology campus by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, while maintaining professional interactions with authorized personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
