You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet systems as needed. Pay Rate: $21.84 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, maintaining awareness of visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
