Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in the premises to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, report suspicious conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs per site requirements.

As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the business, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
