You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture with integrity and teamwork.

Job Schedule

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Screen persons, belongings, and permitted items using assigned equipment and established procedures; identify prohibited or suspicious items and report findings to appropriate personnel.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorized access in accordance with location requirements; direct visitors to appropriate check-in points or designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X‑ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
