• Screen individuals entering the healthcare location in accordance with established visitor management, access control, and screening protocols.
• Verify visitor credentials, provide directions, and communicate entry requirements professionally.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and report to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain screening records and report unusual activity or policy violations.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen individuals entering the healthcare location in accordance with established visitor management, access control, and screening protocols.
• Verify visitor credentials, provide directions, and communicate applicable entry requirements in a professional and respectful manner.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate screening-related records and report unusual activity, policy violations, or security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
