Formación

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; criminal histories considered as permitted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

As a Screener in a financial institution location, you will help maintain a professional, welcoming environment by screening visitors, verifying access credentials, monitoring entry points, and communicating clearly with guests and team members. Your visible presence and customer-focused approach will help deter security-related incidents while supporting access control processes. Pay Rate: $21.59 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat05:30 AM - 12:00 PM Sun06:30 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and policies at a financial institution location.
• Screen individuals and their belongings according to established entry requirements, using assigned screening equipment and reporting prohibited or unusual items or activities.
• Verify identification, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated entry points, lobby areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
