You’ll work night shifts on a part-time schedule with weekly pay. The role requires 18+ (21+ for armed), high school diploma, background check, and a drug screen as applicable by law.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify ID/authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Monitor entry activity, receive/route calls, manage deliveries, and report access concerns to staff.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following emergency procedures.
• Complete required reports and communicate security observations to site leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements at a utility location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, manage deliveries, and communicate facility access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Complete required reports and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and procedural concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
