Pay rate is $13.00 per hour with weekly pay. The schedule includes Saturday 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with potential to grow toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real-estate location.

• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following procedures.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk in Shreveport, LA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 06:00 AM - 01:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a commercial real-estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and communications systems, reporting unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with directing visitors, answering phones, receiving deliveries, and communicating building information while maintaining a professional front-desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
