Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate management office.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Receive calls and deliveries, maintain required logs and reports, and communicate relevant information to property management, tenants, and Allied Universal supervision.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
