Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part Time Security Officer Reception Credential Processor in Dallas, TX. You will staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify IDs, and keep precise visitor records in line with site rules.

Role emphasizes customer service, discretion, and adherence to procedures. A high school diploma is required; CPR/First Aid and badge experience are preferred. Shifts include Mon and Tue nights.

Qualifications

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and equipment issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain clear communications with building management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while providing a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk.

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
