Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Credential Services professional in Richardson, TX. You will safeguard clients across industries, monitor access points, and patrol facilities while delivering excellent customer service.

The role operates on a full-time schedule with shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. A background check and drug screening are required; a guard card/licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, solution-focused manner and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interiors, common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site requirements and report issues.
• Document daily activities, incidents, observations, and communications in reports and logs.

Pay Rate: $18.07 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting unauthorized access attempts and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document daily activities, incidents, observations, and communications accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
