Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, residents, and staff by following site-specific security procedures and front desk policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points and security systems from the front desk; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly following emergency procedures.
• Assist with directing guests, handling inquiries, deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming lobby.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, residents, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, communications, and security-related systems from the front desk location; report unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with directing guests, answering inquiries, receiving deliveries, and supporting a professional, welcoming lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
