Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Tue – 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, residents, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, building exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate security-related concerns, incidents, and property conditions to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
