Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and the professional presence of Allied Universal at the location.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• Sat: 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
