Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Patrol Driver in Greendale, WI. You will patrol retail/mall locations, maintain a visible presence, and deter security incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $18.21 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue: 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
